Welcome to iPolyglOTA Course.
iPolyglOTA is a comparative languages course, with focus on the most spoken Latin Languages, as to say, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French. We try to have English as a base so this course can reach a bigger amount of people. There are 9 levels in total, divided in three modules: Basic, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level comprises eight classes of twenty minutes. There are two ways you can take the course:
– with the Online recorded course
– with the Group online meeting.
In both ways, I recommend accomplishing each level in two months, as I consider homework and self-learning as part of the process. In the online meeting we go beyond the explanation and move also to conversation, using the technique of CrossTalk conversation and making network with students from all over the world. CrossTalk is a conversational method in which each person is allowed to speak in any of these languages, always taking into consideration the levels of the listeners, which vary from person to person. Therefore we take into consideration the six international levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) which move from the most basic (A1) to the fluent and native one(C2). The weekly homework is assigned according to the levels of each student in each language. We use a well known ‘second language learning book’ and a grammar for each language.

– English: Outcomes – National Geographic & English Grammar in Use - Intermediate
The goal is to advance one level in one module (3 levels - six months), no matter the “Online recorded course” or the “Group online meeting” version you choose.
